MEDIA STOP has 7 day refund policy for new clients unless stated differently for specified products and or services. Some services and products are excluded and do not fall under the refund category of 7 days and they are Domain Registration, SSL Certificates, IP Addresses.

A 7 day refund does not apply to recurring accounts. All refunds have to be reported within time frame and are subject to review.

All cancellations for any service or products have to be 40 days before the reoccurring period. Cancellations have to be initiated by the authorised person assigned to the account only. Accounts can only be closed via “My Account” on MEDIA STOP web site. Please contact MEDIA STOP via email or ticketing system if changes you requested have not appeared in your account. Fees and charges will continue and payable by client if services are assumed not used and not cancelled.
