MEDIA STOP can not guarantee or be held responsible for any information provided by other parties, clients, suppliers and third parties of it's content and ethics using MEDIA STOP facilities, forums, hosted servers and other services.

No Policy or guarantees are extended to any parties hosted or services by MEDIA STOP. All Clients, Suppliers, Visitors and Third Parties contributors or used are to provide and follow their Privacy Policy. The owner of the site is responsible for their site content and services.

MEDIA STOP does not guarantee any loss of any data and transmission on any level and under no circumstances. It is the responsibility of individuals to maintain backups, risk free environment and prevent risk and data loss to others.

Interruption to all services is minimised, but not impossible. Equipments and services are subject to threats and failure. This is not anticipated, but possible that services can fail for longer than expected. MEDIA STOP takes all necessary steps to avoid and reduce this risk, but loss of data, transmission uptime and downtime or complete service failure can not be avoided therefore no guarantee by MEDIA STOP. Please be advised it is absolutely impossible to guarantee there will not be services interruptions and failures from past experiences and network structure of internet or intranet. Our services and most others depend directly on uptime and operation of other service providers, any failure in there service could have direct or proportional effect on our services.

The Customer agrees to indemnify MEDIA STOP and its employees, contractors, agents and directors in full against any and all liabilities, claims, losses, damages, penalties, actions, judgments, suits, costs or expenses of any kind arising under this agreement, including from the use by the Customer of any intellectual property rights of any third party and the registration or use of domain names by the Customer.

Please note MEDIA STOP has the right to stop and refuse services to client, based on security, content, risk to others and MEDIA STOP facility, ethic standards and physical or mental related harm.

At MEDIA STOP we have zero tolerance for spammers and abusers MEDIA STOP will terminate offenders immediately after review without any notifications. All costs and fees are added to the final account and will be paid according to standards.
